Bright, vibrant expressionist oil painting of Oregon coast and crashing surf by Lida Allen Macklin (American, 1872 - 1960), painted 1937. Signed lower right "L Macklin" and on verso. Presented in rustic giltwood frame. Image size: 12"H x 18"W.
Lida Macklin was an artist based in Portland, Oregon and a member of Oregon Artist's Society and was a pupil of Clyde Keller.
